Brownlee Cale are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for our client who operate in the MEICA sector. This is a permanent position located in Somerset.

Key responsibilities:

* Ensure all commercial documentation is in order i.e. pricing documents, BQ, quotations, forecasts.

* Coordination with contractors and site staff

* Managing purchase orders for materials and labour

Requirements:

* Knowledge and experience of NEC & FIDIC contracts.

* Good commercial background

* Degree / equivalent or relevant experience in a similar field

* Chartered QS (or in process)

* At least 5 years' in QS experience on large scale projects

* Experience working on MEICA projects

* CSCS MAPS H&S Test
