Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a well-established KBB manufacturer, who is seeking an experienced Contracts Business Development Manager.

Salary: Paying upwards of £50,000 basic (DOE), plus bonus and car allowance.

Location: UK field and remote based.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced business development professional within the contract kitchen market. You will be well-connected with a network of contacts within the contract kitchen market, with significant experience in German kitchen sales and contracts, and thrive on building relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

* Identifying and connecting with potential clients.

* Selling kitchens into the contracts market.

* Prospecting, building, and developing new business

* Working closely with house builders, high-rise and private developers.

* Building strong business relationships.

* Establishing and maintaining partnerships.

* Contributing to strategy for market expansion.

* Reporting into the Contracts Director.

* Remote based with regular UK travel including to Head Office and some internal travel.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven track record within field sales - selling kitchens into private developers.

* Experience of dealing with house builders, high-rise and private developers.

* Sales Account Management experience (specifically within German kitchens).

* Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships.

* Strong network and relationships within the contract market.

* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

* Results-oriented mindset with a drive for success.

* Ability to demonstrate a tenacious and resilient mindset.

* Be able to manage time and priorities effectively.

* Must hold a valid and clean driving licence.

* Flexible with business travel requirements.
