Role Overview: Class People are actively seeking Qualified Teachers to work supply at a wonderful Special School in Swindon. The school is an education setting for children aged 4 to 19 with severe to moderate learning difficulties with other complex needs. The role is flexible and ongoing and the school is a very warm and friendly setting with its own farm/zoo on site for the children to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan and teach lessons, work with small groups and individual students.
Prepare teaching materials, take registers and write reports.
Help students develop confidence, independence and encourage them to learn.

Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children's progress.
