• Managing your own caseload from initial instruction through to post completion, dealing with variation agreements, planning agreements, deeds of covenant and other legal agreements
• The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to assist on larger transactions
• This role involves regular interaction with both internal stakeholders (other departments/teams) and external stakeholders/clients

ABOUT YOU

• The successful person must have prior experience in commercial or residential conveyancing practice and procedure as well as experience in site set ups, development work and infrastructure work
• You'll also be a genuine 'team player', and to be comfortable in a fast moving and dynamic business.
• You will probably be working at a recognised commercial law firm or in house legal department and want to move to an organisation with a truly "people first" approach
