Geography Teacher

Permanent Geography Teacher position available - September 2024 - Islington

An Ofsted rated 'Good' school in the borough of Islington are seeking to appoint a full time Geography Teacher to join a thriving Humanities department from September 2024. The school prides themselves on trust and respect that inspires resilience, ambition and success for all. The school have around 1500 pupils on roll and is a short walk from the train station or suitable for a driver.

Responsibilities

Teaching Geography across KS3/KS4/KS5
Well-organised, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
contribute to raining attainment overall for all students.
To support the schools' overall goals for students personal and academic progress.

Required Skills and Experience

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Minimum of 1 year's teaching experience as a Geography Teacher
Full right to work in the UK
Be able to work well within a team and have positive relationships with all staff.
Be proactive, have good time management and organisational skills.
