The problem with Accounts Payable vacancy adverts is they all look the same.  So what’s different about this opportunity?  Well, for a start it could suit an early riser or a night owl.  You’ll have flexibility over your start and finish times based on a 7 hour day. That could mean 07:00-15:00 or 10:00-18:00 (or somewhere in between).  You can work remotely 3 days per week too.  Please note, you’ll need to have prior experience in a law firm or comparable professional services business with multi-currency experience to secure an interview for this opportunity.  Still reading? Great…  You’ll be joining a firm of around 75 employees, and a finance team of 5, with sole responsibility for the accounts payable function. You’ll get to know everyone at the firm through your daily interactions, but they also hold monthly socials to get together more informally.  For the first six months or so, you’ll work closely with the CFO in developing the firm’s accounts payable processes and systems.  There’s some work to be done here, which will require a bit of patience at the outset, but opportunity too. Finding efficiencies and improving performance is a great way to make a name for yourself within a new employer.  The core focus of your role can be broken down into three areas;

• Coordinating multi-current disbursement payments
• Processing and payment of monthly expenses
• Management of supplier payments
