Our International and well-established client is looking to recruit for a Training & Learning Development Coordinator where no two days are the same!

Ideally you would have previous experience in training staff at all levels, and be experienced in international and domestic packing, loading and casing of high value goods.

Role Objective

To deliver exceptional training to both current and new employees in the organisation regarding fine art installation and removal practises, primarily collaborating with operational personnel, technicians, and removal professionals.

A specific emphasis will be placed on upholding and enhancing quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating and implementing effective training programs and materials.

Role Title: Training and Learning & Development Coordinator
Salary: up to 40k per annum
Location: London - Acton
Hours: 7:30 to 16:30, Monday - Friday

Please Note: This role will be best suited to a driver due to the nature of travel required to 1-2 sites.

What you will need:

  • Experience working within a fine art or high value removals company
  • Experience in creating, planning and executing training, mentoring for new and existing staff
  • Experience in packing, loading, crating and casing high value items
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to inform and advise others clearly
  • Good time keeping and planning skills and the ability to multitask (handling multiple priorities, managing training schedules and meeting deadlines and objectives)
  • Proactive and dedicated with an innovative approach to work
  • In depth understanding of Health and Safety, risk assessments etc
  • Ability to conduct regular reviews, inspections and encouraging key development areas.
