Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 + Discrentionary Bonuses

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join a leading bridging lender. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting broker relationships, driving new business, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, identifying opportunities to generate new business.

* Proactively manage inbound and outbound broker enquiries, providing tailored solutions.

* Promote the company's bridging products and services, ensuring brokers are well-informed and engaged.

* Assist and work closely with underwriting and sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of cases.

* Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted point of contact for brokers.

Key Requirements:

* Experience in bridging finance

* Strong understanding of broker relationships and intermediary networks.

* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
