About the Opportunity:

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading transport and logistics company with a strong reputation in the pallet network sector. They are currently looking for reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team. Role Overview:

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you'll play a key role in delivering and collecting palletised goods safely and efficiently. You will be working directly with clients to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service. This position requires adherence to all transport safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport and deliver palletised goods accurately to designated locations within scheduled time frames.

- Comply with Driving Regulations including road safety and working time legislation.

- Conduct Vehicle Inspections before and after each shift, ensuring the vehicle is safe to operate and reporting any issues.

- Maintain Detailed Records of delivery logs, customer receipts, and other necessary documentation.

- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service by representing the company professionally and handling inquiries with courtesy.

- Report Issues or delays to the dispatch team to support timely and effective service.

Candidate Requirements:

- Valid HGV Class 2 (C) License with no more than 3 penalty points.

- Driver CPC and Tachograph Card (up to date).

- Experience in Pallet Network or a similar logistics/transport environment is a plus.

- Knowledge of road safety practices and basic vehicle maintenance.

- Strong time management and organisational skills to meet delivery schedules.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
