Salary: £25,000-£40,000 DOEPertemps are recruiting a Conveyancing Paralegal to work with our Edinburgh based client.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
- Conduct legal research and due diligence for property transactions
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions
- Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team
About You:
- 1+ years experience in a Conveyancing role
- In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures in the Scottish legal system
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in legal research and document drafting
