Are you a Credit Controller or similar with a background in the Property industry looking to step into a supervisory role within a well-established and growing company where you will utilize your skillset whilst being a part of a friendly and diverse team, with hybrid working available?

In this role you will Co-ordinate the credit control process for a large portfolio of properties, liaise with Tenants, Internal departments and 3rd party Solicitors to ensure all stages of the credit control process are handled swiftly and professionally. You will maintain documentation and records for the properties within the portfolio to ensure all records are up to date and reflect any change in circumstances.

The Role:

Mon - Fri 8:30-17:00
Co-ordination of Credit Control Process
Documentation handling
Liaising with Tenants, Internal departments, 3rd party Solicitors.
Use of MS packages
