Forklift Engineer - Wiltshire, UK

We are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Engineer on behalf of our client, a leading company in the materials handling industry. Based in Wiltshire, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to join a well-respected business that values expertise and quality service.

The Role:

As a Forklift Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of a wide range of forklifts and materials handling equipment. Your expertise will ensure that equipment is operating at optimal efficiency, minimising downtime for the client's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on forklifts and materials handling equipment.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

* Complete accurate service reports and documentation.

* Provide technical support and advice to customers where necessary.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience working as a Forklift Engineer or in a similar role.

* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

* A relevant engineering qualification is preferred.

* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

* A commitment to delivering high standards of service.
