About the Opportunity

As part of our close-knit and supportive team, your role will involve ensuring the smooth progression of leasing agreements from start to finish. You’ll handle all aspects of the sales process, from checking contract details to liaising with funders on credit agreements, all while keeping customers informed throughout the journey.

Your Role
  • Review sales agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with finance partners to negotiate and finalize credit terms.
  • Administer all aspects of the leasing process, ensuring seamless delivery to customers.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team by managing administrative tasks and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally with a focus on customer service.
  • A logical thinker with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator, especially over the phone, who can effectively manage client expectations.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
  • Previous experience in the automotive sector is a plus, but not essential.
