Success Recruit are currently working with an established property business, based close to Stratford, who are looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join their growing and well-established team.

While there is a strong emphasis on expanding and enhancing their digital presence, particularly online and on social media, this position is diverse and requires someone who is flexible, with a proactive, hands-on approach and a "can-do" attitude, towards any project that comes their way.

The successful Marketing Assistant will be expected to:

• Have excellent attention to detail and strong written English skills
• Be a strong team player, but can also focus on solo projects
• Experience in or working agency side for a property or professional service business would be an advantage but not essential

The successful Marketing Assistant will be rewarded with:

Job DescriptionThe Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Head of Operations and Head of Commercial Agency, to help with the wider corporate marketing and business development activities.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Promoting properties, news and transactions on social media
• Uploading property details to web and third-party sites
• Produce pitch presentations
• Collating and publishing newsletters and industry updates
• Assist with corporate marketing campaigns, activity and planning
• Create contents for web blogs and social posts
• Build up their digital presence, profile and reputation

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work within a growing company. Our client is looking for a dynamic, creative, and confident communicator to work within a team and build excellent working relationships at all levels.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.30pm. This is an office based position, no remote working.

Salary: £23-28k
