Teaching Assistant | Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 | £95 - £105 per day | Long Term - Permanent

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their full potential? Long Term Futures is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive secondary school in Mansfield.

This role is until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent after this time.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised 1-1 and small group support to students
Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Effectively communicate and collaborate with students, staff, and parents to build a strong support network
Work closely with teachers to understand individual learning styles, strengths, and challenges of students
Monitor and facilitate the progress of students, supporting their social, emotional and academic developmentPerson Specification:

Experience working with diverse learning needs with an education setting or similar
A commitment to supporting students and supporting the school with creating a positive learning environment
An Enhanced DBS certificate and two professional references are a requirement for this role (we can support with this).Why Join Us?
