Position: Site Admin Support

Location: Coventry

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, onsite 5 days a week

About the Role:

This brand-new role is integral to our operations, providing essential support for our Special Building Materials warehouse and distribution activity, then production department as we expand in the future. Your efforts will ensure that we provide an excellent level of customer service while adhering to quality control and health & safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive SAP pick lists for despatches.
• Transfer to WMS / SS based paperwork with bay allocation details for pickers.
• Book transport through 3 rd party portal
• Create delivery notes for outbounds.
• Provide pallet labels for inbounds (for storage) and outbounds (for transport)
• Photograph and store images of outbounds
• Perform PGI on SAP (same day essential) & update WMS for outbounds.
• Book in deliveries with hauliers and customer collections
• Allocate WMS pallet locations & issue put away sheets to operators.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Experience working within a warehouse environment, either in distribution and/or manufacturing
• Understanding of health & safety and environmental issues
• Knowledge of warehousing processes
• Ability to work on your own initiative to required standards.
• Capability to support colleagues and perform tasks when and as required.
