Job Title: Site Manager - Decent Homes

Role:

Site Manager required by leading main contractor to run a decent homes project in Reading. The framework has 9 years left to run and will deliver new Kitchens to 800 properties over the next 2 years. The successful individual will work alongside 1 other Site Manager and report to a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all site activities for a planned refurbishment project focused on affordable housing.

* Oversee the execution of works in occupied residences, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.

* Report directly to the Project Manager.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

* Maintain high safety standards on site.

* Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

* Address any challenges or issues that may arise during the refurbishment process.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a site manager in residential refurbishment projects, particularly in occupied homes.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

* Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

* Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management.
