We are currently recruiting for a brand-new HR Operations Coordinator vacancy, to work in the London office of a highly regarded US law firm.
This position will be offered on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis and is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual keen to build a career within Human Resources.
The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a range of HR operations tasks including:
- Managing the HR Operations inbox
- Recording accurate data on HR systems
- Taking ownership of maintaining and auditing information
- Support the HR team with fixing bugs and testing software
- Payroll and general HR support

Suitable applicants will be degree-educated, self-motivated and possess excellent organisation & communication skills. Previous experience of working in an HR Operations/HRIS position in a legal or professional services setting would also be desirable.
