The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Public sector & Education - including cladding remediation, retrofit schemes, estate regeneration, rooftop developments, and traditional building works, with values reaching £50m.

Your responsibilities will include:

Pre- and post-contract duties - cost planning, valuations, cost control, and reporting
Working across multiple projects in the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors
Supporting junior surveyors and working closely with senior leadership
Taking the lead on key client relationships and driving project successThis consultancy fosters a collaborative and innovative environment, with a team of 25 professionals ranging from junior to chartered senior surveyors. The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in a UK PQS / Consultancy environment
Good pre- and post-contract knowledge
A driven and professional approach with client-facing experience
