The Role

As a Finance Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and verifying sales orders, ensuring accurate figures and information.
  • Preparing and inputting sales orders into the accounting system.
  • Creating and managing payment schedules.
  • Updating order books and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with billing queries via phone and email.
  • Liaising with business managers to ensure sales order completeness.
  • Providing general finance team support, contributing to process improvements.
