An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager to take the lead in bid and tender processes for high-end construction projects in London.

As a Bid Manager, You Will:

Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids for luxury projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Develop competitive bid strategies and ensure high-quality, compelling proposals.
Oversee the transition from preconstruction to project execution, ensuring seamless alignment.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.A Bid Manager Must Have:

Proven experience in bid/tender management, ideally within the luxury or high-end construction sector.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate contracts and influence key decisions.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a confident and strategic approach.
A solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and procurement strategies.
