Nova Talent are working with a leading UK manufacturer that supplies globally within the retail sector, that is experiencing continual growth. We are working together in sourcing an experienced and highly organised Project Manager for a busy and varied role, in a fast-paced environment.

Some of the benefits you will receive as a Project Manager:

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p/a

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What we are looking for in a Project Manager:

* Ability to work under pressure and on numerous tasks at once with deadlines.

* Excellent knowledge of POS/POP industry.

* Good knowledge of acrylics, woods, metals and other materials.

* Good knowledge of woodworking and fabrication techniques.

* Proficient in Microsoft 365 packages.

* Be confident to liaise with internal & external stakeholders.

* Understanding of various regulations, documentation, processes, and logistics.

* Confident user of Sage 50.

* High attention to detail.

Duties of the Project Manager to include, but not limited to:

* Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external teams.

* Receive project briefs from Account Managers and oversee projects from inception to completion.

* Liaise with Accounts Managers, production department and design department for desired project outcome.

* Managing input of orders on Sage 50.

* Responsible for negotiating the best prices on materials and sourcing suppliers, inline with project budgets.

* Ensuring deliveries are managed, working with the logistics team.

* Providing the production team with job sheets to jobs are complete correctly and lead times are met.

* To ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of projects, leading to timely and successful completion

* Resolving issues and dealing with enquiries internally and externally.

* Taking responsibility for projects and being accountable.
