Our social housing client are looking for an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join their team in Stratford on a permanent basis.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Administrator to support the operational team, the role will be based in a call centre environment.

It is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

Key responsibilities:

* Assisting the operational team with all administrative tasks.

* Booking appointments for works to be carried out

* Making calls to tenants to confirm appointments/discuss works

* General administrative tasks (scanning, filing, data entry, general office management, diary management).

* Ordering equipment for trades

Requirements:

* Proven work experience as a Maintenance Administrator

* Social housing/housing experience preferred.

* Good time management and planning skills.

* Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs.

* Experience of working in a call centre environment
