We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly reputable, established client near the Leyland area. Due to continuous growth and expansion they are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities;

• Working on the in-house system, tracking and following deliveries through to completion
• Checking delivery timescales, ETA’s etc and informing customers of any issues / late deliveries
• Dealing with high volumes of customer calls and emails, query handling and investigating
• Re-routing deliveries when necessary
• Working closely with the warehouse to gain order / pallet and distribution information

The successful candidate will be customer focussed, have a high level of attention to detail, good team player and have the ability to go above and beyond to strive for customer excellence.
