Electrical Assembly Technician

Salary depending on experince + shift allowance

The Opportunity

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our clients Production team, where you will play a key role in the assembly and build of high-tech, cutting-edge products. This position allows you to develop new skills and work on some of our most complex system configurations. A strong engineering background and a high level of technical expertise are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Building systems, sub-assemblies, and piece parts for complex systems efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality standards and ISO requirements to meet production schedules.

* Ensuring adherence to the Bill of Materials (BOM) and customer specifications.

* Identifying and resolving build-related issues.

* Reporting technical challenges using the FRACAS process.

* Maintaining and enhancing technical competence through necessary training.

* Acting as a reference point to guide technicians in understanding and executing the build sequence.

* Training and mentoring less experienced technicians to improve team capability.

* Upholding the highest standards of build cleanliness, housekeeping, and Health and Safety in the build areas, while supporting and promoting 5S initiatives.

* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the Production Team.

* Working on a rotating shift pattern as notified by your Team Leader.
