Governance Manager Permanent £40,000South Yorkshire

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Governance Manager to join an organisation based in South Yorkshire on a permanent basis.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Governance Manager:

• Developing and maintaining effective governance processes
• Handling governance frameworks
• Providing governance advice to the board, chair, and other senior stakeholders
• Responsible for board meetings
• Handling all data protection matters, including DPIA's, SAR's and managing risks.
