TXM Recruit are working with a rail business to recruit a Production Manager who can take responsibility for implementing change while delivering the fleet maintenance plan. This role is permanent and based in Buckinghamshire.
 
Job Purpose

Manage maintenance depot, including all production activities, workload planning and depot facilities.
Ensure that resource levels and facilities are managed to deliver the maintenance plan.
Deliver all activities in accordance with business targets.
Lead and motivate team to drive forward safety, quality and cost efficiency.
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with the requirements of the Safety Certificate and Safety Management System. 
Experience & Qualifications

ONC NVQ L4 or higher
Management of maintenance depot
Budget management
Proven people management skills
Well-developed level of people management
Lead meetings and group discussions to solve problems and make decisions
Highly self-motivated and autonomous
Strong desire for continual improvement
Managing change
