This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in the financial planning and cost analysis of high-profile construction projects.

The Role:

As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for a variety of construction projects. Your expertise in evaluating materials, labour, and time requirements will ensure projects are cost-effective and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed and accurate project estimates, ensuring alignment with budgets and client requirements.
Analyse project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine costs.
Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to refine estimates and provide cost-saving solutions.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain cost efficiency.
Prepare tender documents and participate in bid evaluations.
Keep up to date with industry pricing trends and construction methodologies to enhance estimation accuracy.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Project Estimator within the construction industry.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost structures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills for liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.
Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
