We are looking for a Property Manager who has a minimum of 6 months experience to join our clients, an independent Estate Agency within their Norwich branch. 

The successful individual must be highly driven and energetic with fantastic communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. In addition, to having a full UK driving licence and previous experience.

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

• Up to £25,000 basic dependent on experience
• Upto £28,000 OTE
• Ongoing training & qualification support

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 1 in 4 Saturdays

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:

• Full UK driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months experience within property management 
• Ambitious and highly driven
• Strong IT skills
• A team player
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal 
• Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential 

Key tasks for the Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Property Management
• Liaising with contractors, Landlords and Tenants
• Check-in and Check-outs
• Rent Reviews
• Dealing with deposits
