Salary: £23,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an administrator to join their busy team.

You will be working within a conveyancing environment which means you will need to be really well organised, able to work to deadlines and also to be really good in a client facing situation.

You will be supporting a team of conveyancing professionals as follows:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Taking calls from clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage companies etc
  • Assisting with anti-money laundering checks and quality and compliance administration
  • Opening new case files
  • Updating the case management system

We are looking for a good standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail and good keyboard skills.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm.
