Salary: £18.00 - £18.49/hour paye

Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented finisher with a proven track record in new build housing?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced finisher / snagger to join our team on a busy new build housing site in Hull. This is a contract role starting immediately and lasting until Christmas.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of completed units, identifying and documenting any snags or defects.
Carry out finishing works, including minor repairs, painting, and decorating, to a high standard.
Ensure all units are completed to specification and meet the highest quality standards.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Work effectively as part of a team, communicating effectively with site management and other trades.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a finisher / snagger in the new build housing sector.
Valid CSCS card.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify defects.
Excellent knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.To Apply:
