Full-Time SEN Learning Support Assistant Needed- Fareham

Location: Fareham, SEN School
Position: Full-Time, 5 Days a Week
Hours: 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: £90 per day
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive and friendly team at our SEN school in Fareham. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM, and offers an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.

* Assist with the delivery of lesson plans and activities.

* Help manage student behavior and promote positive learning outcomes.

* Foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment.

* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

Requirements:

* Experience in SEN is desirable but not essential.

* Ability to start ASAP is preferred.

* An Enhanced DBS check that is registered on the Update Service is required.

* Passion for supporting students with additional needs and promoting their development.
