We have an exciting opportunity for an Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a specialist manufacturer within the industrial sector, working to design and manufacture pneumatic and hydraulic goods.

Responsibilities of the Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator

Receive and respond to customer enquiries via email or telephone.
Create and maintain Sales reports.
Prepare and send quotations.
Follow up on Orders and Shipments.
General Admin duties.
Process orders.
Coordinate shipping instructions with the Operations team.
Requirements for a successful Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator

Previous Administration experience within a sales and manufacturing environment.
Good telephone manners.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
