Key Responsibilities:

* PPM's and Reactives.

* Ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment operates at optimal performance.

* Support other trades where necessary.

* Meet all key performance indicators.

* Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.

* Communicate effectively with clients and management.

Equipment to maintain will include:

* AHU's

* FCU's

* Plumbing

Qualifications and Experience:

* Level 2 Mechanical Qualification

* F Gas Certificate

* Experience in an FM environment (Desirable).
