Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Hours: 35 - Monday – Friday

HCR has collaborated with a reputable non-profitable organisation that aims to rehabilitate people with various brain injuries, within their rehabilitation units and hospitals using expert neurorehabilitation.

This service provides care for up to 23 people to recover and meet their personal goals, getting them to regain skills to have a better quality of life.

Service Manager Duties:  

• To ensure the highest quality standards of care are being provided for treatment packages and care being delivered
• The Service Manager will lead, motivate, and inspire the team empowering people to achieve their individual goals
• The Service Manager will collaboratively liaise with internal and external professionals ensuring effective communication

Service Manager Requirements:

• To have an NVQ level 5 in Leadership & Management/ QCF qualification in care or equivalent
• To have experience in managing residential homes or large multi-sites
• The Service Manager will be proficient in budget management
• The Service Manager will come from a successful CQC background
• The Service Manager will inspire and motivate their team members to achieve their full potential
• The Service Manager must have experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
