Role: IT Support Engineer

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are representing a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Reading, seeking a talented IT Support Engineer with expertise in Office 365 and Azure. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 2nd/3rd line support for Office 365 and Azure environments.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to ensure robust system integrity.
Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues, including networking and server-related problems.
Support IT project implementations and provide on-site assistance when required.Requirements:

Proven experience working with Office 365 and Azure.
MSP background is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Windows environments and networking protocols (e.g., DNS, DHCP, VPN).
