Cat B Van Drivers Needed - South Ockendon - Immediate Start!

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Cat B Van Drivers for an exciting opportunity in South Ockendon. If you have experience with commercial driving and are looking for a rewarding role with a well-established company, this could be the job for you!

About the Role:

* You will be responsible for delivering and collecting clothing goods from the South Ockendon depot to stores across the South East, Essex, and London.

* Deliveries range from 5-6 drops per day, with a mix of local and long-distance routes.

* Your duties include loading the vehicle (with support from warehouse staff) and unloading at various sites.

Shift Details:

* Start times vary between 05:45 AM and 10:00 AM.

* Minimum of 5 hours per day guaranteed, with overtime opportunities available.

* You'll work 5 days a week, including weekends, as part of a 7-day operation. Flexibility is key!

Pay Rates:

* Basic Rate: £13.55 per hour (PAYE)

* Overtime Rate: £20.33 per hour (applies after 45 hours worked and on Bank Holidays)

* Potential for a full-time permanent position for the right candidates!

What We're Looking For:

* A valid Cat B Licence (with a maximum of 6 points)

* Previous experience in commercial driving

* London driving experience preferred

* Delivery experience is a plus

* Strong customer-facing skills
