We are looking for a Senior BD Manager with a robust understanding of private client and related practices within a law firm and client context to join a prestigious London law firm renowned for providing exceptional legal services across various practice areas. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development (BD) Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of both the external market/sector and internal operational perspectives. This role requires someone with a proven track record in leading BD and marketing strategies at a senior level within professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement BD and marketing strategies that align with the firm's objectives, particularly focusing on private client services.
- Market Insight: Utilize deep understanding of the external market and sector trends to inform and guide BD activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the firm’s services meet and exceed expectations.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with partners and practice groups to drive BD initiatives and support the firm’s growth ambitions.
- Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to enhance the firm’s market presence and attract new business.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of BD activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of BD and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
