Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join a Brewery company based near Farnborough. This is a temp to perm role.Key responsibilities for this Stock Administrator role:- Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing stock is managed efficiently- Understand the delivery process and stock demand- Monitor incoming mails for stock changes- Manage stock movements between depots- Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse- Create delivery and customer collect notes- Manage customs and excise process- Support Stock Team Leader- Reconcile stock using SAP- Maintain systems and spreadsheetRequirements:- IT Literate with experience using MS Office essential and SAP is beneficial- Previous administrative experience, specifically within logistics or warehousing is beneficial- Must be available immediately- Ability to work alone and as part of a team- Must have great attention to detail- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsThe Role:- This role working Monday - Friday- Working 10am until 6pm- £13.00 per hour- Paid weeklyIf you would like to speak to us about this Stock Administrator role, please contact Amy Clark in our Basingstoke branch or you can alternatively apply online.
