Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager, for a company based in Leatherhead.

This is a busy and varied role, and will involve a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Day to day management of the administration team
  • Liaising with internal departments including HR and Finance
  • Managing the administration team’s workload
  • Budget management
  • Arranging meetings, booking rooms and refreshments
  • Producing and responding to emails and other correspondence
  • Ensuring all records are compliant and maintained correctly

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Flexible and able to take the initiative
  • Strong time management skills
