Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager, for a company based in Leatherhead.
This is a busy and varied role, and will involve a range of responsibilities, including:
- Day to day management of the administration team
- Liaising with internal departments including HR and Finance
- Managing the administration team’s workload
- Budget management
- Arranging meetings, booking rooms and refreshments
- Producing and responding to emails and other correspondence
- Ensuring all records are compliant and maintained correctly
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Flexible and able to take the initiative
- Strong time management skills
