As a Learning Support Assistant, no two days are the same. The role can be both challenging and rewarding and you will need to be proactive and motivated to effectively identify and support students' needs.

Work on a one-to-one and group basis to identify and support student's needs
Support students with their mental health, well being and inclusion
Support students in their academic achievement
Work alongside class teachers and also within the Learning Support Hub
Providing support inside and outside of the classroom
Support students with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities
