As a Part Exchange Vehicle Appraiser, you will be checking over vehicles marking down any damage as you go, once all documented you can price up accordingly.

General responsibilities:

• Vehicles appraisals on stock offered on part exchange, making sure condition, mileage, history is taken in to consideration on the valuations.
• Use industry-standard tools and software to assess vehicle values and provide accurate pricing.
• Communicate results clearly to the sales team.
• Test drive vehicles to identify any mechanical issues.
• Pick out suitable retail stock from the part exchange vehicles.
• Manage the disposal of vehicles not retained for resale, including handling documentation and auction logistics.

To be considered you must have:

• Experience in vehicle appraisal or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in using appraisal software and auction platforms.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving license.
