Rate: £280 per shift

Company Overview:
Fairmead is recruiting on behalf of a key client, a leading fit-out contractor, for a Nightshift Site Manager to lead a retail unit refit in Newark

Role Overview:
As the Nightshift Site Manager, you will oversee the final two weeks of a retail refit project, ensuring all subcontractors complete their work to a high standard and on time. You'll be responsible for maintaining health and safety, managing site access, and conducting handovers with the day-shift team. Nightshift management and fit-out/refit experience are essential for this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure health and safety compliance across nightshift operations.

* Supervise subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality work.

* Conduct site inductions, manage site access, and issue work permits.

* Provide daily handovers to the day-shift Site Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* CSCS card

* 2x references for Fit-Out Projects

* Proven experience in nightshift roles and retail fit-out projects.
