The Opportunity

Due to continued expansion and investment in their Bedford operations, they seek a commercially astute Finance Manager to join their established leadership team. What You'll Do
  • Strategic Input: Direct access to owners and senior leadership, providing financial insights to drive growth decisions

  • Growth Management: Support the evaluation and integration of new acquisitions and organic growth initiatives
What You'll Bring
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), QBE considered with prior Helathcare industry exposure
  • Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills
  • Healthcare sector experience advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in owner-managed businesses preferred
