As a Process Analyst at AQA, you'll have the opportunity to transform how business processes are documented, evaluated, and improved. Working closely with process owners and stakeholders, you'll map out new processes, update existing ones, and offer guidance on best practices.

This role not only allows you to make meaningful contributions but also gives you the chance to work collaboratively with various teams, influencing their approach to process improvement and embedding a culture of continuous development.

What will I need to succeed?

  • Knowledge of process development methodologies

  • Experience in documenting processes, using appropriate tools

  • Ability to analyse, evaluate and improve complex business processes

  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

  • A problem-solving mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing practices
