Do you have experience coordinating engineers within the electrical or fire industry? My client is busy and now require an additional team member to coordinate a team of engineers and schedule works in accordingly. This position is Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm, on site parking is also available. The role

Coordinate teams of fire and electrical engineers
Planning and scheduling their work schedules
Prioritisation of urgent jobs and booking access
Procuring materials needed for site
Quote preparation
Updating client portals and keeping in touch with residents
Closing down completed jobs on the system
All related administration
Assisting other departments as and when needed Essential skills
Skills needed

Good geographical knowledge
Great communication and customer service skills
Experience within either the electrical or fire industry
Strong attention to detail
Ideally experience of job costings and quote preparation
