What You'll Do

Provide 1:1 and group support tailored to each student's learning and therapy goals.
Use creative approaches to overcome barriers and build resilience in students.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Celebrate achievements, big and small, with students, colleagues, and families.What We're Looking For

✔ Passion and Commitment: A genuine desire to support children with complex needs.
✔ Strong Communication Skills: Patience, empathy, and a sense of humour to build positive relationships.
✔ Experience or Interest in SEN/SEMH: While experience is welcome, what matters most is your dedication to making a difference.
