Location: Hertford (Office-based with occasional travel for site visits)
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Are you an experienced Large Format Account Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding client service? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our client's team in Hertford, managing high-profile accounts and delivering large-format print and signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Large Format Account Manager, you will:

* Manage and nurture client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.

* Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide tailored advice.

* Collaborate closely with production and installation teams to ensure client briefs are met.

* Prepare accurate and detailed project quotations, ensuring all technical aspects are considered.

* Coordinate installations, liaising with clients and installers for seamless project execution.

* Stay up-to-date with large format print processes, materials, and industry trends.

* Use CRM systems to track projects, client interactions, and manage sales pipelines.

Essential Skills & Experience:

To succeed as a Large Format Account Manager, you should have:

* Industry Expertise: At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the large format print, signage, or graphics industry.

* Production Knowledge: A strong understanding of large format printing processes, finishing techniques, and materials such as ACM, Acrylic, Fabric, Foamex, and Vinyl.

* Site Survey Experience: Proven ability to carry out site surveys, with a good grasp of structural and spatial considerations.

* Project Management: Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

* Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and delivering client-focused solutions.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Sales Acumen: A track record of meeting sales targets, growing accounts, and identifying new opportunities.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Management Information Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

* Driving licence essential (some travel for site visits is required).
