I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join my client's team, on a full time, permanent basis.
This role specialises in insurance and is held within a call centre environment.
Day to day life as a Customer Service Advisor -
- To answer all inbound calls, acting as a first point of contact for customers.
- Action all policy requests and changes as instructed by the customer.
- To issue all policy documents correctly via email or post.
- Resolving any customer complaints / dissatisfaction in an efficient manner.
Requirements to work as a Customer Service Advisor–
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous experience within a call centre environment is ideal however, not essential.
- Excellent time management skills.
Additional information for the Customer Service Advisor role–
- Free Parking.
- Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
- £23,000 Annual salary.
- 23 days annual leave.
