Residential Conveyancing Assistant
Salary up to £26,000
Office Based - Oldham
Previous experience: Must have experience within Residential property

My client is now looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their reputable Law firm in the Oldham area . If you are looking to work for a Firm that has a genuine interest in career progression, then this would be a perfect fit for you!

Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
- Drafting documents
- Dealing with client enquiries and third parties
- Ad Hoc duties
- Carrying out searches
- Opening files and submitting care documents

The ideal candidate must:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Work well on own initiative
- Have an eye for detail
- Minimum 1 years experience working within a conveyancing department
